Refunds and Shipping
Return Policy
We put a lot of time and effort into our products. Due to our products being made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges with the exception of any error on our part. It is important that you double check all details before placing your order, as once order is placed, we cannot make any changes.
If there is an error on our part, you may contact us at feralmamas@gmail.com. Your refund will be processed through the payment used on that order number after we have received your item and inspected it. Once a refund is issued, your refund will be processed within your banks set time frame. We cannot control your bank refund policies.
Shipping & Pickup
All items are made in Cleveland, Texas. Shipping turnaround time is 14 business days after payment is received. Once a package is accepted by the shipping service, we are no longer responsible for the items being mailed. Tracking numbers will be provided via email listed for all orders when available.
Items that are selected for local pickup, will receive an email for pickup when the order is completed. Local pickup is allowed daily. All local pickup orders may be picked up from the address listed in the "ready for pickup" email.
PREORDER ITEMS
These are items we do NOT have in stock. Turnaround time on these items are 2-6 weeks (business days). Please be mindful these items come from overseas delays can happen. We will NOT REFUND.
